01 — Why this exists
Mostofwhathappensinagoodcourseoftherapycan be written down.
The psychoeducation. The exercises. The homework between sessions. The order things should happen in, and what to do when they don’t work. These programs are that: the structured core of evidence-based treatment, written plainly by someone who does this for a living, and built so you can move through it at your own pace, in private, at two in the morning if that is when you need it.
A manual is not a replacement for a clinician when you need one. Every program says so on its first page, and tells you exactly when that is.
02 — What makes it work
Amanualworksbestwhensomeone knows you have it.
That is the clearest finding in the research on written programs, and it is the one most publishers leave out, because it means admitting the pages are not the whole answer. When a therapist, a prescriber, a coach, or one friend who asks on Thursday knows you are working through something, structured written programs perform about as well as sitting in the room.
So these are built to be carried into that. The exercises are made to be shown to someone. Each program names, on its first page, the point at which a person rather than a module is the next step. If you already have someone, bring it to them. If you do not, the program tells you when it is worth finding one.
And if it is two in the morning and there is nobody to ask, the manual is still there, in order, with the next thing to do written down.

05 — How it works
Buyonce.Keep it.
Every manual is written by a practicing clinician, from the approaches with the strongest evidence, the same structure good treatment follows, in plain language.
Each one is a piece of reading and a real exercise, a reflection, a log, a checklist, that saves as you go and is waiting when you come back. Most people work one module a week. Nothing expires if you take longer.
Standard is the full program, twelve modules and twelve exercises. Elite adds the Toolkit: fourteen more techniques with sixteen original diagrams, each one labeled with the tradition it comes from and how good the evidence for it actually is.
Sign in from any device. Your answers are stored to your account and never shared. Content is licensed to you personally, so it is viewed on the site rather than downloaded.
Every program opens with exactly what to do if you are in danger, and names the situations where a program is not enough and a person is needed.
Fourteen days, and a refund if fewer than three modules have been opened. You should not pay for something that turned out not to be for you.
06 — Fair questions
Whatyouareprobablywondering.
No. It is a program you work through in your account. The reading, the exercises and your answers live on the site, so your writing is there on the next device and the next night. Nothing to download, nothing to lose in a folder.
These are the approaches with the best evidence behind them, which is a strong statement about a lot of people and never a guarantee about one. What this program will do is tell you what it is trying, why, and what to do when a technique does not land, instead of assuming you did it wrong. If it turns out not to be for you, there is a refund.
Because most of what happens in a good course of treatment can be written down, and most people cannot get an appointment for weeks. This is the part that can be handed over. It is not a substitute for the part that cannot.
Then the manual says so. Every program opens with the situations where a person is the next step, in plain language, before you have read anything else.
The twelve modules build on each other, so mostly yes. The Toolkit does not. It is fourteen techniques you can open in any order, when the one you need is the one you need.
